THE DEAD SEASONS: THE STORY

The Dead Seasons are Mark McGibbon vocals and guitar ,Mike Wheeler guitars, keyboards and drum programming and Thrüst Schandenbrau on the bass. We're from Scotland and have had an abiding love of gothic music since it first emerged in force in the late 70s/early 80s.

Our first album The New Movement was Mixed and Produced by renknowned guitarist Mark Gemini Thwaite formerly of The Mission, Peter Murphy, Tricky and the Wonderstuff among many others.

We’ve released two singles since then. The Black and Welcome to the Consequences.

The plan was simple, all we wanted to do was make an album that we would've wanted to listen back then, but have some modern sensibilities about it and we believe we've succeeded. Listen for yourself.
